Full time Opportunity Available Position Information As a Registered Nurse you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, clients, and their families to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate holistic care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
Your primary focus will be on promoting health maintenance, disease prevention, and providing skilled nursing care to optimise clients' independence and quality of life in their home environments.

With 22 residential aged care villages and 20 retirement villages located across NSW and ACT with complementary homecare services in most of these locations we provide an important and valued service to older community member.
Responsibilities: Implement and uphold clinical care and services according to governance and operational requirements.
Prioritise clients in decision-making, considering their needs, choices, independence, dignity, and risks.
Complete client evaluations accurately and seek improvement opportunities when needed.
Collaborate with clinical teams and external providers to ensure optimal client outcomes.
Document client incidents, analyse data, and propose strategies for prevention and correction.
Monitor and address client skin integrity, medication, nutrition, hydration, and behaviour.
Engage in client review conferences and involve families/carers in care delivery.
