This is an exciting opportunity to build a team, establish a strong store culture and make your mark from day one.
The Opportunity As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the store's performance, team and customer experience.
You'll lead by example, develop a high-performing team and drive commercial results across all areas of the business.
This is a Full-Time, Tuesday-Saturday role.
What You'll Be Responsible For Lead and inspire a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service Drive store performance through KPIs, commercial decision-making and team engagement Recruit, onboard, coach and develop a high-performing team Manage rosters, wages and day-to-day store operations Maintain strong visual merchandising, stock control and operational standards Build genuine customer relationships and create an exceptional in-store experience Foster a positive,
