With a strong pipeline of work across commercial, defence, residential, health, aged care and public infrastructure, this is an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of a significant project and work alongside a highly capable senior leadership and project delivery team.
This role will suit a Project Manager who enjoys taking accountability for project outcomes, leading high-performing teams and building robust relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
The role Reporting into the senior project leadership team, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of your project from commencement through to completion.
Your responsibilities will include: Lead the end-to-end delivery of a major construction project, ensuring programme, quality, safety and commercial objectives are achieved Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, procurement strategies and delivery plans Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture Manage project financials, including cost control, forecasting, variations,



procurement and risk Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and other key stakeholders Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues and opportunities Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, contractual requirements, quality standards and WHS obligations Work closely with senior leadership to drive project performance and successful outcomes The ideal candidate You will be an experienced construction professional with a proven track record delivering complex commercial projects in the Australian market.
You will ideally bring: Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager delivering major commercial construction projects Strong understanding of project financial management, programming, procurement and risk Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate project teams Strong client and stakeholder management skills Commercial acumen and a proactive approach to problem solving Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills A strong commitment to safety, quality and project excellence This is an opportunity to join an organisation with a strong national presence, diverse project portfolio and established track record of delivering some of Australia's most significant construction projects.
