Key Responsibilities Lead the design development of large-scale housing projects, ensuring alignment with client vision Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—including urban design, landscape, and interiors—to deliver cohesive and innovative residential solutions Utilise Revit to produce drawings and complex building coordination, setting high technical standards Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and excellence within the studio Implement urban integration strategies and sustainable design principles that enhance community livability and environmental performance Ensure projects adhere to planning policies, and sustainability benchmarks,



maintaining the studio's reputation for responsible design Skills and Experience 8-10 years' experience in residential architecture, with a strong portfolio of housing or urban regeneration schemes Demonstrated leadership in managing projects from initial design to technical delivery Proficiency in Revit is essential; experience with Rhino is advantageous Deep knowledge of building regulations, planning processes, and urban design Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex design ideas to clients and multidisciplinary teams A passion for innovative, socially responsible architecture that leaves a lasting impact on communities Advantages and Culture A collaborative and supportive culture Package commensurate with experience Strong pipeline of diverse work!
