Job Description: Job Description Responsibilities: New role to oversee manage all iDEAS account deliveries within the SMU Responsible to drive iDEAS margin within the SMU Responsible to create an aggregated iDEAS delivery performance view for SMU CEO ͏ Manages all SMU delivery resources for iDEAS including hiring, staffing, training, certification etc.




Owns Critical Delivery Escalations Plays customer interfacing role for critical delivery escalations as a senior delivery leader in SMU Responsibility of resolving escalations rests with global GBL/ practice teams ͏ Reporting line: Reports solid to the iDEAS GBL Head; Dotted line reporting to the SMU CEO Decision rights: Accountable for i.e. has final say in any conflict pertaining to: All People management decisions (including hiring, staffing, development, performance impact) for all iDEAS delivery resources within the SMU ͏ Selection of ADH-SL for the account Deal RLS Consulted for: Deviations to RLS/ plan Add.
