Based in Caringbah, you'll manage customer accounts, drive collections activity, open new accounts, and provide day‐to‐day credit support while building strong relationships with branch teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities Collections_activity — outbound/inbound calls, email follow‐up, liaising with branches and customers Banking/allocations — accurate daily processing of customer payments Account management — reconciliations, query resolution,
