About the Role As a Residential Valuer, you will be a key member of our team, collaborating with fellow Valuers and Directors to achieve Acumentis' business objectives and regional goals.
Your responsibilities will include: High-Quality Valuations: Deliver valuations of the highest quality, adhering to client and company guidelines, and meeting required service level agreements (SLAs).
Market Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of sales trends and market conditions to inform valuation practices.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture robust relationships with clients, contributing to business development initiatives.
Strategic Collaboration: Report regularly to the Regional Director and work closely to achieve targeted outcomes.
This position is also open to an Associate Director or Director role for the right candidate.
