What you'll be doing: You'll partner with leaders and People teams to deliver effective employee relations support across a range of organisational change initiatives.
You'll provide trusted advice and guidance on employee relations matters, helping ensure fair, consistent and commercially pragmatic outcomes.
You'll support the planning and delivery of workforce change activities while ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with employment legislation.
You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to navigate complex people matters and mitigate potential risks.
You'll partner with external legal advisers and internal teams to ensure employment-related decisions are well informed and appropriately managed.
You'll develop and maintain high-quality documentation, communications and reporting that support organisational change programmes and employee relations activity.
You'll build strong relationships with leaders, colleagues and employee representatives, acting as a trusted advisor throughout key people initiatives.
You'll contribute to the continuous improvement of employee relations practices,
processes and governance across the organisation.
What skills and experience you'll bring on this journey: You'll bring significant Employee Relations experience, ideally gained within a large, complex or matrix organisation.
You'll have proven experience supporting restructures, redundancies and organisational change programmes.
You'll demonstrate a strong knowledge of UK employment law and consultation requirements.
You'll have experience partnering directly with employment lawyers and managing legally sensitive cases.
You'll possess excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create accurate and compliant documentation.
You'll bring strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
You'll be able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced setting.
You'll demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
You'll hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification or above.
You'll have experience supporting collective consultation exercises, which would be highly desirable.
You'll bring experience gained within an international organisation, which would be advantageous.

At Zurich Cover-More, compensation for roles is influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
We are committed to providing a fair and reasonable compensation range for each role and additional rewards may include short-term incentive bonuses and increases based on merit.

The compensation shown reflects a national market range and the proposed base salary for this position is £60,********,000.
