We're looking for a motivated HR professional with 1-2 years' experience, including hands-on Recruitment and Talent Acquisition experience.
This is a broad HR role for someone who already has a solid foundation and wants to build on their proven skills, gain greater exposure across the HR function and work closely with experienced HR professionals and business leaders.
The role: You'll have exposure across: End-to-end Recruitment Talent Acquisition, partnering with hiring managers to understand requirements and attract the right talent Sourcing, screening and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process Supporting and advising hiring managers on recruitment processes Onboarding and offboarding across the employee lifecycle Maintaining HR systems, employee records and organisational charts Preparing HR reports, workforce data and analytics Supporting HR policies, procedures,



compliance and governance Providing practical HR guidance to managers and employees Coordinating Health Wellbeing initiatives Supporting HR projects, process improvements and digitalisation Building robust relationships with stakeholders across the business You'll bring: 1-2 years' experience across HR, Recruitment or Talent Acquisition Proven end-to-end recruitment and Talent Acquisition experience A tertiary qualification in HR, Business, Commerce or a related discipline Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Excellent organisation and attention to detail A proactive, practical and hands-on approach Confidence working with hiring managers and employees at all levels A genuine interest in people, talent and the broader HR function Why this prospect?
