This is a position supporting two experienced Strata Community Managers across a predominantly residential portfolio of approximately 35 schemes / 700 lots.
The Role You will provide day-to-day support across the portfolio, including: Responding to owner, council member and contractor enquiries Managing calls and general strata queries Arranging and following up work orders and quotes Actioning items arising from AGM minutes Coordinating approvals for works Issuing approval notices Preparing and sending breach notices Distributing correspondence to owners and schemes Building relationships with clients, committees and contractors Reception coverage each Wednesday About You You will ideally have previous experience as an Assistant Strata Manager and be: Highly organised with robust time management Confident communicating with owners,
