About the Role Manage an established portfolio of approximately 200 properties Look after properties across Yanchep, Two Rocks and Eglington Build and maintain strong owner and tenant relationships Manage your portfolio with a high level of autonomy Attend properties when required Work closely with your dedicated assistant Liaise with the GM and Director for additional support Work within a structure where PCRs are outsourced About You You'll have: Strong portfolio management experience – essential Current Property Management Registration Excellent communication and relationship management skills Strong organisation and attention to detail The ability to work autonomously A professional, positive and team-focused approach A genuine passion for Property Management Ready for a Better Way to Do Property Management?
