investors and local businesses Managing your pipeline and following up opportunities relentlessly Generating your own leads while capitalising on warm opportunities Representing the brand within the Newcastle market Working closely with the Property Management team to deliver an exceptional client experience Hitting and exceeding monthly growth targets WE WANT THE BEST 2+ years' experience as a Real Estate BDM A proven track record of consistently securing *****+ managements per month A genuine hunter mentality and competitive edge Strong negotiation, communication and closing skills Confidence prospecting and generating your own business A robust network and ability to build lasting relationships Current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle READY TO MAKE YOUR NEXT MOVE?
