Key Responsibilities: Preparing accurate and competitive estimates for construction projects Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation Conducting detailed quantity take-offs and building cost plans Assessing project risks, opportunities, and construction methodologies Obtaining and evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotations Managing RFIs, clarifications,
