New store.

THE OPPORTUNITY You'll take ownership of the day-to-day performance of your store, leading a small casual team and creating a high-performing, customer-focused culture.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for: Driving sales, budgets and KPIs Leading, coaching and developing your team Delivering an exceptional customer experience Managing wages and rostering against business needs Stock management and inventory Visual merchandising and store presentation Implementing promotions and driving customer traffic Analysing results and identifying opportunities to improve performance Maintaining strong operational standards across the store We're looking for somebody who understands that excellent retail leadership is equal parts people + customer + commercial results.
WHO I'D LOVE TO SPEAK TO You could already be a successful Store Manager looking for something new.

You'll be: Sales and KPI driven Commercially minded and comfortable with numbers A confident, energetic people leader Customer obsessed Strong across stock, VM and store operations Organised, accountable and results focused Comfortable working in a fast-moving retail environment Someone who genuinely enjoys being on the shop floor with their team Experience across fashion, footwear, sports, streetwear or other high-energy specialty retail environments would translate beautifully.
