Job description Role Opportunity Join a specialist engineering consultancy delivering structural integrity, asset management, remediation and design solutions across mining, resources, ports and heavy industry.
This role combines office-based structural engineering with regular site work, providing exposure to inspections, assessments, analysis and remediation projects.

Permanent staff role and competitive salary offered Qualifications Skills Tertiary qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering 5 - 10 + years' experience in civil/structural engineering, ideally within brownfield mining and heavy industry project environments Background in mining or heavy industry operations, strong client side or consultant experience Strong structural integrity engineering experience within mining plant and heavy industry structures Experience completing structural assessments and structural inspections Experience with design reviews and providing technical assistance to various project stakeholders Able to liaise closely with internal and external teams and stakeholders Excellent communication and technical writing skills Sound understanding of mine safety legislation and HSE management systems Able to perform regular site trips Duties Responsibilities Conduct structural integrity inspections for a range of mining and heavy industry structures Perform structural engineering analysis Develop remediation and repair solutions Prepare technical engineering reports Liaise with clients and various stakeholders About Our Client Our client is a locally owned and operated structural engineering consultant.
