Project Services Canberra Contract Active Baseline Security Clearance Strong facilitation and presentation skills Explain new legislation, business processes and ICT systems to varied audiences Training Specialist: Federal Government Reform Program Canberra OR Melbourne Hybrid Active Baseline Clearance Required $60ph - $65ph We are seeking 2 experienced Training Specialists to join a major Federal Government reform program delivering significant legislative, business process and system change.
This is a hands-on role focused on reviewing and maintaining learning materials, facilitating training, supporting stakeholder education activities, and helping deliver a large-scale training rollout to both internal and external audiences.
About the Role Working within an established Education Training team, you will support the delivery of training programs, briefings and learning activities for diverse stakeholder groups.
Most training content has already been developed, with responsibilities focused on reviewing, updating and delivering training rather than building large learning programs from scratch.
Key Responsibilities Deliver virtual and face-to-face training sessions, workshops and briefings Facilitate learning activities for internal and external stakeholders Review, update and maintain training materials, guides and learning artefacts Assist with the creation of training content,



scripts and supporting documentation Work closely with SMEs and business stakeholders Translate complex policy, legislative and system information into user-friendly learning content Monitor learner feedback and identify improvement opportunities Support ongoing training activities as the program moves into rollout and adoption phases You'll likely come from a background such as: Training Specialist Learning Development Adviser Capability Development Adviser Systems Trainer Learning Consultant Training Facilitator Training Officer Change Training Specialist We Are Looking For Experience facilitating instructor-led training and workshops Strong written communication skills and experience developing or reviewing training materials Ability to simplify complex information for different audiences Experience working with SMEs and stakeholders Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently Experience supporting business change, regulatory reform, compliance, policy or system implementation initiatives Comfortable working in a quick-paced delivery environment Mandatory Requirements Australian Citizenship Active Baseline Security Clearance Ability to work from Canberra or Melbourne when required Contract Details Initial contract through to 30 June **** Expected start mid-October Extension options available Hybrid working arrangements
