The Digital team of my international client is looking for a temporary Manager to join their award-winning Legal Operations Advisory team until they find the right permanent candidate!

Join our Digital Legal Delivery team as a Manager and help deliver an exciting pipeline of client work.
This fixed-term opportunity, with the potential to become permanent, will put you at the forefront of legal operations, AI enablement and digital transformation, working with leading Australian and global clients.
What you'll be doing Lead high-impact legal operations, process improvement and digital transformation engagements.
Create and deliver AI-enabled workflows and practical solutions that make a real difference for clients.
Own client projects from initial scoping through to implementation and successful delivery.
Partner with legal and technical stakeholders to turn business needs into clear, workable technology requirements.
Help clients implement and adopt legal technology solutions with confidence.
Play an active role in innovation, business development and building solid client relationships.




Work alongside multidisciplinary legal and consulting teams on complex, interesting client matters.
Bring fresh ideas and share your perspective on emerging developments in legal operations and AI.
What you'll bring Experience in legal operations, consulting, legal technology, process improvement or transformation—or a combination of these areas.
Strong project management skills and a natural ability to engage stakeholders.
Hands-on experience designing effective workflows and operating models.
A solid understanding of AI, automation and technology-enabled transformation.
Commercial awareness and confidence engaging with senior client stakeholders.
The energy and organisation to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
