The Opportunity Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in driving the success of the Boutique.
You'll lead from the front, support your team and help create a positive, energetic environment where both customers and team members can thrive.

What You'll Be Responsible For Lead, coach and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build strong customer relationships Support the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations Maintain strong visual merchandising and presentation standards Assist with rostering, wage control and stock management Support recruitment,
