An outstanding opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Strata Manager to join a boutique and growing strata management business that prides itself on delivering exceptional service rather than high-volume portfolio management.
This part-time opportunity is ideal for an experienced Senior Strata Manager looking to utilise their skills and expertise while maintaining a flexible work schedule.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing three Building Management Committee (BMC) properties, each comprising approximately 300 lots.
You will also play a key leadership role by providing training, guidance, and mentorship to junior team members, supporting their professional development and success.
What's On Offer: Salary package of up to Pro Rata $150,000 + Super 3 or 4 days a week with flexible hours Direct access to leadership and decisionmakers Strong systems and technology, including Strata Maste Key Responsibilities: Overseeing Schedule B appointments Attending and facilitating AGMs,
