This role has the flexibility to be based at any of our Hub Spoke locations.
Braking the Cycle (BTC) is our driver mentor program designed to support learner drivers without access to a supervisor or registered vehicle to complete their logbook hours.
The aim of the program is to provide young people with increased employment opportunities and driver education.

working collaboratively with PCYC Clubs to deliver key performance indicators that are aligned with funding contracts and PCYC strategic plans and values.
The role will focus on providing operational support to Program Coordinators – Braking the Cycle to see them succeed in meeting set targets while building team capability, performance and a positive, values-led culture.
About You Hold (or able to obtain before commencement) a QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and consent to a National Police Check Ability to travel across the state as required Demonstrated experience in the design, delivery and evaluation of programs to show improved community benefit and growth Hold a current driver's licence Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (desirable) Our Commitment to Safeguarding PCYC Queensland is committed to creating safe, inclusive environments where children and young people are protected, respected and supported to thrive.
