They are now looking for an experienced Sales Training Manager to join their Brisbane boutique in a key leadership position, working closely with the business owner and playing an important role in the ongoing development of the sales team.
About the role This is a hands-on role for someone who still loves being with clients, closing high-value sales and leading from the floor, while also having the experience and confidence to coach others and lift team performance.
Working approximately ***** hours per week , you'll be a senior presence within the boutique and a key support to the owner.
You will: Lead from the floor and actively support high-value bridal appointments Coach and develop Stylists to build confidence, capability and consistency Help drive conversion, average spend and overall team performance Provide practical coaching around consultative selling, objection handling and closing Review individual performance and identify opportunities for further development Maintain a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture Oversee the client journey and ensure an exceptional experience at every touchpoint Support the daily flow of appointments, staffing priorities and boutique operations Assist with client follow-up, order administration and other sales-related responsibilities Act as a trusted senior point of contact for the team and business owner What you'll bring Strong experience within bridal, luxury fashion,



premium retail or another high-value sales environment A proven track record in consultative selling and closing Previous experience training, coaching or mentoring salespeople Confidence providing practical feedback that improves individual performance Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build rapport quickly A calm and supportive approach when working with highly invested clients Strong attention to detail and follow-through Confidence balancing sales leadership, client experience and administration Excellent communication and the ability to build trust across both clients and team members Bridal experience would be highly regarded, however an exceptional sales leader from luxury, fashion, jewellery, premium retail or another high-ticket environment could also be a excellent fit.
