Key Responsibilities: Lead the technical documentation and detailing for commercial, workplace, or hospitality interior projects, ensuring alignment with Australian standards and client specifications.
Collaborate closely with project teams to develop concept drawings into fully coordinated documentation sets using Revit or AutoCAD.
Take ownership of project stages, including material selection, detailing, and quality control, ensuring delivery within fast-paced schedules.
Contribute to design development meetings, offering insights and solutions that enhance project outcomes.
Support the integration of project concepts into practical, buildable solutions that reflect your expertise and attention to detail.
Assist in fast-tracking project workflows, maintaining thorough documentation and clear communication with vendors and contractors.
Adapt and respond quickly to project changes,



ensuring deadlines and standards are consistently met.
Skills Experience: 3–5 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on commercial, workplace, or hospitality interiors.
Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with the ability to independently produce detailed documentation.
Familiarity with Australian standards and regulations for interior construction and documentation.
Previous experience with office fit-out interiors; high-end residential experience is a bonus but not essential.
Confident in working on-site, understanding the fast-paced nature of project environments.
Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative approach to team working and problem-solving.
Ability to adapt quickly to project demands and maintain attention to detail under tight deadlines.
