We're looking for a proactive and analytical Growth Optimisation Officer to join our Member Growth team at Teachers Health.
In this role, you'll work closely with the Growth Optimisation Lead to improve the systems, processes and technology that support our Sales, Retention and Business Development teams.

What will you do?
/ How will you help?
As Growth Optimisation Officer, you'll help improve the systems, processes and tools that support our Member Growth teams, driving better efficiency, member experiences and business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include: Supporting the maintenance and continuous improvement of Member Growth systems,



processes and tools Assisting with Salesforce, Genesys Cloud, IVR, workflow, reporting and call routing enhancements Analysing data, stakeholder feedback and operational trends to identify improvement opportunities Documenting business requirements, process improvements, testing activities and implementation plans Supporting system testing, change implementation and user adoption activities Collaborating with internal teams and external technology partners to resolve issues and deliver enhancements Contributing to Agile delivery activities, sprint planning and optimisation projects Preparing communications, training materials and user support documentation for system and process changes What do you need?
/ What are we looking for?
We're looking for a highly organised and collaborative professional who can confidently work across people, process and technology to deliver practical solutions and improvements.
Essential: Experience supporting process improvement, system optimisation or operational change initiatives Ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail Experience documenting business requirements, process flows,



testing activities or implementation plans Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to use data and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities Experience working with CRM, contact centre, workforce optimisation or reporting platforms Experience supporting testing, implementation and adoption of system or process changes Highly Desirable: Experience using Salesforce, Genesys Cloud or similar CRM and contact centre technologies Experience working in a sales, retention, member services or customer operations environment Understanding of change management principles and user adoption activities Knowledge of reporting tools, workflow processes and system integration concepts Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Business Analysis or Process Improvement training Private health insurance industry experience is a plus!
