The Role: You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of strata matters, including: Responding to general strata enquiries Managing repairs and maintenance requests Responding to emails and phone enquiries Setting up and coordinating AGMs Liaising with owners, tenants and contractors General strata administration and support About You: Previous experience as a Strata Manager Strong communication and organisational skills Confident managing enquiries and day-to-day strata matters Able to work independently and hit the ground running Property IQ experience highly regarded Available to work fully office-based The Details: Location:
