This Assistant Development Manager role gives you broad exposure across the development lifecycle while helping deliver communities and projects that create lasting value for customers, communities and stakeholders.
We're Looking For We're looking for an emerging property development professional who is ready to take the next step and build towards a Development Manager pathway.
You'll bring commercial curiosity, strong organisational skills and the confidence to work across projects, stakeholders and competing priorities.
What You'll Do As an Assistant Development Manager, you'll support development projects across Melbourne, with a focus on Gunns Gully.
Reporting to a Development Manager or Senior Development Manager, you'll work across project planning, approvals, financial management, stakeholder engagement and delivery activities.
In this role, you will: Support planning, design and delivery to meet schedule, revenue and cost objectives.
Assist with forecasting, financial plans, contract preparation and approvals.
Coordinate consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
Build relationships with customers, community stakeholders, government authorities and project partners.
Contribute to risk management, compliance and continuous improvement.

About You You're passionate about property development and enjoy working in a agile environment where no two days are the same.
You're looking to build your commercial, stakeholder and project management capability while learning from experienced development professionals.
Experience Skills That Count Tertiary qualification in Property, Development or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Around 2 to 3 years' experience in property development, project management, construction, planning or a related field.
Commercial and numerical skills, including exposure to forecasting, budgeting or feasibility analysis.
Ability to coordinate stakeholders, priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
