Rewarding hourly rates $$$ // Hybrid Working Arrangements One of Australia's high profile Federal Government departments is looking to engage an experienced CIAM Operations Team Lead to lead the CIAM Operations team to ensure the reliability, stability, and performance of the CIAM platform.
The CIAM Operations Team Lead will secure an 18 month contract with the view to be extended for a further 18 months and receive a rewarding hourly rate!
The successful CIAM Operations Team Lead will be responsible for, but not limited to: Monitor platform health and performance, providing regular operational reporting and insights.
Coordinate and deliver CIAM platform releases and operational activities.
Manage and support the timely investigation and resolution of incidents and service issues.
The successful CIAM Operations Team Lead will have experience in the following: Sound knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), token lifecycle,



identity federation and authentication/authorisation flows Demonstrated experience in using Splunk Enterprise Security.
Strong organisational and workload management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate team priorities and operational activities.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop an operations team, including workload management, capability uplift, performance support and continuous improvement.
