About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operations Assistant to join a growing operations team manufacturing high spec Ute canopys.

$33 - $38 per hour + Superannuation (depending on experience) Permenant long term employment $400 monthly performance bonus when company targets are achieved Full-time Monday to Friday role Stable and supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and development Monthly Lunches Monday to Friday Start: 6:00am Finish: 2:45pm Morning Tea: 9:00am - 9:15am Lunch: 12:15pm - 12:45pm Key Responsibilities Support fabrication and manufacturing operations Ensure products are manufactured efficiently and to a consistent quality standard Assist with improving operational efficiency and business outcomes Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work workplace Follow all Workplace Health Safety (WHS)



policies and procedures Complete tasks accurately and meet required deadlines Work effectively both independently and within a team Undertake additional duties as required by management About You We're looking for someone who is: Organised and highly reliable Passionate about producing quality work Able to manage multiple priorities and workloads Attentive to detail with a strong focus on accuracy A good communicator with strong interpersonal skills Motivated and able to work with minimal supervision Skills Experience Previous experience in a similar field is highly regarded but not required.
