This is a well-supported portfolio where your focus will predominantly be on the senior Property Management duties, landlord communication and overall portfolio management.
You will be trusted to manage your portfolio without being micromanaged and simply left alone to do your job.
The office has a relaxed, family-orientated environment and is looking for an experienced Property Manager who enjoys having autonomy and building strong relationships with their landlords and tenants.
Importantly, you will not be required to conduct routine inspections, allowing you to spend more time actually managing your portfolio and staying on top of the important senior duties.
