Taking ownership of the Belconnen store, you'll lead from the floor, develop your team and drive commercial performance while creating the kind of experience customers want to return to.
You're a hands-on and experienced retail leader who knows that great results start with great people.
Commercially switched on and comfortable with KPIs, you'll enjoy coaching a team, connecting with customers and keeping a store running well.
Experience in sporting, fashion, footwear or lifestyle retail is all desirable, but strong leadership, attitude and brand energy are what really count.
Responsibilities will include: Own day-to-day store operations, sales and overall performance Lead, coach and motivate a customer-focused retail team Drive KPIs and turn sales opportunities into solid results Manage stock, rostering,
