You'll take ownership of a portfolio of approximately ******* properties , including the Directors' portfolio, across Fremantle, the western suburbs and coastal areas.
And importantly — you won't be expected to do everything yourself.




With leasing and routine inspections taken care of , plus additional support from assistants across the more administration-heavy tasks, you'll be able to spend more of your time focusing on the parts of Property Management that matter most: Your clients.
