We're currently seeking Construction Boilermaker Welders to join our PDP2 project at Port Hedland – Finucane Island, on a 2:1 roster for 18 months with start dates to go ASAP and throughout the rest of ****.

Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include: Attractive All-Purpose Permanent Rate: $***** Penalties apply after ordinary hours Site Allowance: $4.50 per hour flat Mobilisation payment: 2 days (14.4 hours) paid at ordinary rate of pay - one off payment 12-hour shifts RDO accrual 0.8hr p/day Mon-Fri (4 hour p/week) accrued at ordinary rate of pay (not overtime rates paid out on termination of employment OR can be requested to cash out) Project Superannuation Contribution - $100 per completed week of service on top of super guarantee, available to be cashed out at the end of the project.
Key Responsibilities: Carry out fabrication, fitting and welding of structural steel and construction components.
Perform high-quality MIG, Stick and FCAW welding in line with site and quality requirements.
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively to cut, grind, shape and prepare materials.
Work closely with supervisors, riggers, crane crews and other trades to meet project deadlines.
Complete repairs, modifications and installation of steelwork and associated infrastructure.
