Strong communication & report writing skills + client centred approach

Tertiary Degree in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology required

About You n

Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology (5th year- Masters Degree required for Psychology applicants)
n
Registration with AHPRA or ASORC
n
Passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans
n

The Role n
n
Deliver assessments & counselling to people who are grappling with a sudden change in their career goals and circumstances
n
Conduct assessments to help guide people toward their new career
n
Collaborate and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients
n
Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce
n
Visit workplaces to understand the challenges injured and ill workers may face and educating employers on the health benefits of good work
