We are seeking an experienced Senior Town Planner to join their growing team in the heart of Fortitude Valley. This is an exciting prospect for a motivated planning professional looking to work on a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use developments across Queensland.
You'll be joining a collaborative and highly regarded team that values innovation, professional development and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.
The Role As a Senior Town Planner, you will:
Manage a variety of development applications and planning projects from inception through to approval.
Provide strategic planning advice to clients across the private sector.
Liaise with local authorities, government agencies and key stakeholders.
Prepare high-quality planning reports, submissions and due diligence assessments.




Mentor and support junior planners within the team.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
About You To be successful in this position, you will have:
A degree qualification in Urban and Regional Planning or a related discipline.
4+ years' town planning experience within a consultancy, developer or local government environment.
Strong knowledge of Queensland planning legislation and development assessment processes.
Excellent report writing and communication skills.
The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Membership or eligibility for membership with the Planning Institute of Australia (PIA) is desirable.
