Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator
n
Australian Citizenship is mandatory
n
This is a hands‐on role suited to someone with strong experience across
Marketing Cloud administration, marketing automation, data management and campaign execution
, who can work across both the technical and operational sides of the platform.
Responsibilities:
n
n
Administer and maintain the Salesforce Marketing Cloud setting, including data management and cleansing
n
Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, list management and A/B testing
n
Develop and implement marketing automation workflows and customer journeys
n
Design and manage
Data Extensions
and associated data structures
n
Support integrations between
Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud
n
Work with Salesforce CRM campaigns and understand how these operate across Marketing Cloud and the wider Salesforce platform
n
Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and provide actionable insights
n
Maintain documentation covering Marketing Cloud configuration and operational processes
n




Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure Marketing Cloud integrates effectively with other systems and processes
n
Provide end‐user support, troubleshooting and training
n
Stay across new Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionality and identify opportunities for platform improvements
n
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
n
n
1–3 years' experience
in Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration and implementation
n
Strong experience across
email marketing, marketing automation and data management
n
A solid understanding of
CRM processes and Salesforce
n
Hands‐on capability with
SQL, AMPscript and HTML/CSS
n
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn campaign data into meaningful insights
n
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification
n
Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud would be highly regarded
n
Experience integrating external data sources with Marketing Cloud is desirable
n
n
A relevant degree in
Marketing, Business, IT or a related discipline
is also desirable.
