This ASX-listed Australian business is growing! Starting with hiring 2 full-cycle sales executives to autonomously grow their own B2B patch across ANZ.
n The business is in serious growth mode - actively rebuilding and scaling their recent business sales function under fresh leadership - and are looking for driven, resilient salespeople who know how to win business from a cold start.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Proactively prospecting and cold-calling new business clients both from their 70K+ contact system, and from your own research
n
Running prospects through a competitive, structured sales process and presenting compelling commercial outcomes
n
Managing the full sales cycle from first contact through to signed agreement
n
Owning your accounts beyond the initial sale, including renewals and ongoing relationship management - and earning commission from those
n
Keeping accurate, up-to-date records in their CRM
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
2+ years of proven outbound closing experience is essential
— this is a genuine end to end hunter role
n




Bonus if you have experience in consulting, energy & renewables, broking or technology - but we're open to all sales experience!
n
A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding new-business sales targets
n
Resilience, professionalism, and strong commercial acumen
n
Someone highly accountable, and process-driven — you'll be trusted to manage your own pipeline and performance
n
What's on Offer:

$80,000 - $85,000 base + super.
n
$150,000 OTE in year 1, $250,000+ year 2
n
On-target earnings of $250,000+ once fully ramped, totally uncapped
n
