Tallangatta Health Service is seeking a Health Promotion Officer to plan, deliver and evaluate health promotion initiatives that improve community health in Tallangatta and surrounding areas.

You will work with community groups, schools and local partners to address local priorities, using data to inform planning and evaluations while promoting healthy lifestyles and wellbeing across the catchment.
