Mechanical Engineering Technician - Teterin Engineering
n Location: Islington NSW
n Employment Type: Full time
n Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 + Super

Teterin Engineering is globally recognised for expert component reconditioning and rebuilds of large diesel and gas engines.
n
Main Responsibilities:
n - Assembling and installing mechanical systems.
n - Troubleshooting, servicing and maintenance of machinery.
n - Maintaining records and monitoring the availability of parts.
n - Training co-workers.
n
Main Duties:
n - Installing and performing diagnostic tests on mechanical systems
n - Developing and implementing mechanical maintenance plans to prevent costly equipment breakdowns.
n - Troubleshooting mechanical malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as performing repairs.




n - Documenting processes and maintaining mechanical service records.
n - Monitoring the availability of parts and replenishing supplies.
n - Optimizing mechanical efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings.
n - Organising and supervising inspection and maintenance of machines and plant.
n - Training co-workers on the safe and efficient use of mechanical machinery and equipment.
n - Selecting tools and equipment.
n - Estimating material costs and quantities, and machine requirements.
n - Collecting and analysing data.
n
Qualifications:
n - Suitable certification or relevant experience
n
Experience:
n - A minimum of two years' experience in a similar environment
n
Salary:
$80,000 - $100,000 + Super
