Job Description
We are currently seeking motivated and physically fit Section Worker to join the Tank House operations team in Townsville. This is a hands-on role working in a demanding industrial environment with ongoing training provided.

Key responsibilities:

Inspect copper growth and identify imperfections during the production process
n
Use specialised tools and blades to remove excess copper growth from cells
n
Work safely on top of active copper cells in high-temperature environments
n
Monitor growth levels using measuring equipment and follow operational procedures
n
Maintain strong focus on safety and compliance standards at all times
n
Work collaboratively within a 24/7 rotating roster environment
n
Perform physically demanding tasks requiring consistent upper body strength
n
Maintain productivity and attention to detail during long shifts
n

Requirements:

Physically fit with strong upper body strength

Ability to work in extremely hot and humid conditions
n
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while looking downward for extended periods
n
Solid commitment to workplace safety and compliance
n
Reliable, motivated, and able to work rotating shifts
