What You'll Do n

As a Civil Designer, you'll work closely with engineers, designers and project teams to develop high-quality civil design documentation and models across a variety of projects.
n
nIn This Role, You'll n
n
n
n
Prepare civil models, drawings and design documentation using industry-standard software
n
n
Support the delivery of a variety of projects with a focus on Buildings Civil Defence projects across South Australia and nationally
n
n
Work within multidisciplinary project teams, collaborating with structural, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and architectural disciplines
n
n
Assist with the development and coordination of design solutions through all project phases
n
n
Participate in BIM and model coordination activities
n
n
Contribute to quality assurance and design review processes
n
n
Assist with project delivery through accurate and timely documentation
n
n
Continue developing your technical capability under the guidance of experienced senior designers and engineers
n
n
n
nWhat You'll Bring n
n
n
n
5+ years' experience in civil drafting, modelling or design within an engineering consultancy, contractor or infrastructure environment
n
n
Proficiency in AutoCAD, 12d and/or Civil 3D
n
n
Experience delivering civil design documentation and models across buildings, land development and/or infrastructure projects
n
n
Exposure to multidisciplinary project environments and coordination with other design disciplines
n
n
Experience working alongside BIM teams or participating in BIM coordination activities will be highly regarded
n
n




Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality technical documentation
n
n
Effective communication and collaboration skills
n
n
A proactive approach to learning and professional development
n
n
The ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance
n
n
