We're looking for an experienced and motivated Senior
Part-Time Retail Team Member
to join our team at our
new store
opening in the
Canberra Outlet
next month! This is an excellent opportunity for a retail skilled who thrives on delivering outstanding customer experiences and takes pride in providing personalised service.

What You'll Be Doing n
n
Deliver exceptional customer experiences through genuine, friendly interactions
n
Use your product knowledge and styling skills to help customers look and feel their best
n
Work with your team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
n
Support your colleagues and contribute to a positive store culture
n
Keep the store looking its best through visual merchandising, stock processing, and presentation
n
What We're Looking For n
n
Experience in fashion retail or a customer-focused environment
n
A genuine passion for the GAZMAN brand and our customers
n
Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills
n
A hands-on, can-do attitude and a team-first mindset
n
Excellent visual merchandising and styling ability
n
Reliability, professionalism, and a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
n
Availability to work a roster across Monday,



Sunday, Tuesday, and/or Friday, approximately ******* hours per week
n
Flexibility to work additional hours as required during peak trading periods and to cover team leave
n
