Your duties will include but are not limited to: n
n
Greeting customers and welcoming them to the Bowens store




n
Making coffees for customer and employees to a high standard
n
Keeping the coffee/café area clean and fully stocked
n
Assist the retail team on the counter as needed
n
To be considered for this role you must demonstrate: n
n
Prior experience as a Barista or making coffee
n
A passion for customer service and be able to build great relationships
n
Be rapid and efficient whilst producing a quality cup of coffee/tea/hot chocolate
n
A self-motivated approach
n
Demonstrated ability to relate to people at all levels with a passion for understanding customer needs
n
n
