who can inspire teams, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive operational performance across one of Sydney's most vibrant hotels.
About the Role

As the
Rooms Division Manager
, you'll be responsible for the strategic and day-to-day leadership of the rooms department while also liaising with the broader hotel team to deliver operational excellence, outstanding guest satisfaction, strong financial performance and an engaged, high-performing team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Operations

Lead Front Office, Housekeeping, Reservations and Maintenance operations.

Drive exceptional guest experiences and service excellence acro

Manage guest feedback and online reputation to maximise satisfaction and loyalty.

Commercial & Financial Leadership
n
n
Optimise room inventory, occupancy and revenue performance.
n
Drive operational efficiencies and cost control initiatives.
n
Analyse performance data and implement continuous improvement strategies
.
n
People Leadership
n
n
Lead, coach and develop high-performing teams.
n
Foster an engaged, accountable and service-focused culture.
n
Support team development, retention and performance outcomes
.
n
Hotel Leadership
n
n
Partner with the General Manager to deliver hotel objectives.
n
Lead operational projects and business improvement initiatives.
n
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
n
About You
n




You're a passionate hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced hotel environment and leads from the front.
n
You'll bring:
n
n
Proven leadership experience in hotel rooms operations.
n
Strong knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping and Reservations.
n
Commercially minded with experience managing budgets, labour and performance targets.
n
Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
n
Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams.
n
Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
n
Hands-on leadership style with experience using hotel PMS and revenue systems.
n
Commitment to operational excellence, compliance and workplace safety.
n
