We're looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to take charge and make a lasting impact, all while enjoying a flexible 4-day roster (with just 2 Saturdays in 4!).

Key Responsibilities Include:

Coaching and leading your team to success
n
Overseeing the smooth day‐to‐day operations of the clinic
n




Delivering personalised and expert care to patients and owners
n
Performing consults, routine surgeries, and handling all types of animals
n
Providing exceptional customer service and fostering long‐term client relationships
n
Driving business development and seeking new opportunities for growth
n

About You:

You've got a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Veterinarian
n
You're passionate about leading, inspiring, and supporting your team
n
You excel at time management, organisation, and communication
n
You have strong customer service skills and a natural ability to connect with clients
n
You're business‐minded and always looking for ways to drive growth and improve processes
