Here's a snapshot of your day: n

Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repair records as required.
n
Reviews assigned work orders.
n
Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair.
n
Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.
n
Assists with installation and modification of building equipment systems.
n
Reviews work orders, estimates time and materials needed to repair. Orders necessary materials and supplies.
n




Maintains lighting systems throughout client facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.
n
Responds quickly to emergency situations
n
Skills and experience: n
n
Ideal candidate to demonstrate Epoxy flooring experience
n
Relevant and valid OH&S; cards preferred, such as License for operating a Forklift, Elevating Work Platform, and Work Safely At Heights.
n
Suitable Trade qualifications or experience in plumbing is highly desirable, and hands-on with building repair/carpentry work.
n
Basic knowledge and safety awareness around electrical work.
n
Experience with general repairs and maintenance in a structured commercial environment.
n
Valid Driver's License.
