Job Description
Responsible for developing, enhancing, modifying and/or maintaining applications in the Front Office setting.
n Software developers design, code, test, debug and document programs. Associates work closely with business partners in defining requirements for system applications. Associates are expected to have in-depth capital markets product knowledge, and manage a high level of risk.
n Associates typically have in-depth knowledge of development tools and languages. Is clearly recognized as a content expert by peers. Individual contributor role. Solid experience with Python, C++, and Java.
n Proven ability to work on own initiative in a fast paced environment with attention to detail.
n Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, ability to understand complex problems and to generate appropriate technical solutions.
n Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
n Agile development methodology.
