With a diverse program of events across Queensland catering to the needs of our 10,000 members, our Events and Sponsorship team are seeking a proactive Administrator to join the team.
n
Playing a crucial role supporting the team you will be primarily responsible for coordinating sponsor and event activities and ensuring deliverables are fulfilled in line with contractual obligations.
n
A typical day will see you
n
n
Draft sponsor event briefs and manage communications to ensure timely delivery of key event information.
n
Update of sponsorship records in Excel & CRM
n
Generate sponsor reports
n
Audit sponsorship deliverables to ensure contractual obligations are met
n
Assist with preparing event documents – PowerPoint presentations, run schedules, onsite event delivery documents etc.
n
Support the administration of award entries and judging processes, including entry reviews, participant communications, and coordination of judging appointments.
n
Managing positive relationships with sponsors and members
n
Attend some events (Brisbane and Regional Queensland)
n
Identify opportunities to implement new processes, focused on improving our responsiveness to opportunities and deliverables.
n
Liaise with regional teams on their event requirements
n

We're seeking a detail-oriented administrator to support the smooth running of day-to-day operations, stakeholder coordination, and key organisational initiatives.
n
Our successful candidate will have:
n
n
A solid administration background and be a genuine self-starter
n
Flexibility to attend occasional out-of-hours events in Brisbane and Regional Queensland (if required).
n
Experience in drafting reports and personalised correspondence
n
Experience / interest in coordinating events
n
A keen eye for detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
n
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with Sponsors and stakeholders.
n
The ability to develop and efficiently implement plans and processes
n
Prior events or sponsorship experience sponsorship (desirable)
n
Experience using an online registration system (desirable)
n
Experience using a CRM (desirable)
n
