Job Description
- Full carriage of Conveyancing matters (purchase and sale), leasing matters and sale/purchase of business.
n
-Must have at least 10 years PQE in property law matters.
n
-Must be able to manage other staff in property department.
n
-Must be proficient in Smokeball Software (or LEAP - similar)
n
-Must be proficient in PEXA and AML requirements.
n
-Must be a team player and able to assist other Lawyers with more complex property matters and other legal matters.
n
-Personal Assistant/Secretarial/Paralegal experience would be advantageous.
n
-Friendly setting and salary commensurate on experience.
n
