n organised and proactive Production Administrator to support our production and workshop teams, helping keep operations running smoothly, efficiently,
n and on schedule.
n This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple tasks, and takes pride in delivering accurate
n administrative support. From managing production documentation and job scheduling to liaising with internal departments and maintaining records, you'll
n play an important role in supporting the delivery of quality products to our customers worldwide.

The Role:
n
n
Managing the day to day administration duties for the entire Production Facility
n
Creating and maintaining production orders within the ERP system
n
Updating and managing Bills of Materials (BOMs) and manufacturing data
n
Entering sales orders and processing invoices and production orders
n
Assisting with production planning and scheduling activities
n
Monitoring production progress and updating relevant records and reports
n
Coordinating documentation required for manufacturing, quality and inventory processes
n
Supporting stock control,
inventory transactions and material movements
n
Assisting with job costing and production reporting
n
Project purchasing as required
n
Maintaining document control and ensuring records are accurate and up to date
n
Creation and management of project administration
n
Providing general administrative support to the Production team
n
About You:
n
n
n
Previous experience in an Administration, Production Administration, Operations Administration or Manufacturing Support role
n
Strong organisational and time management skills
n
Self-motivated and systematic in following company procedures and processes
n
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
n
Experience working with the Bill of Materials and SAP would be highly regarded
n
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
n
Experience working within a Quality Systems (ISO****:****)
n
Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with all levels within the organisation
n
The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
n
