Mercy Community is looking for a Lifestyle Facilitator to inspire joy, creativity, and meaningful experiences in the daily lives of our residents. This is a permanent full-time role based at our Residential Aged Care Facility in Nudgee.
n
What you'll be doing:
n
n
Getting to know each resident and tailoring activities to their unique skills, interests, and goals
n
Facilitating engaging group programs as well as personalised one-on-one activities
n
Contributing to the design of monthly lifestyle calendars in partnership with the Facility Manager
n
Recording and reviewing outcomes to continually improve the program's impact
n
n
What you'll bring:
n
n
Certificate III in Aged Care (with Lifestyle Program experience) OR Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle
n
A current First Aid certificate
n
Experience in a similar role – aged care experience highly regarded
n
A Queensland Provisional Green or higher Driver Licence
n
