About the Role
n
As a Care Service Companion, you will play an important role in enhancing the quality of life of our residents through person-centred care, meaningful engagement, and genuine companionship.
n You will:
n
n
Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities
n
Support mobility, meals, hydration, and wellbeing
n
Build trusting relationships with residents and families
n
Encourage residents' independence, dignity, and choice
n
Work closely with nurses and multidisciplinary teams
n
Maintain accurate documentation and care records
n
Contribute to a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment
n
n
We have a variety of shifts available,



including:
n Morning Shifts
n Afternoon Shifts
n Night Shifts
n
What We're Looking For
n
To be successful in this position, you will have:
n
n
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), Aged Care, or equivalent
n
Full Australian working rights (No student visas or sponsorship available)
n
Previous aged care experience preferred but not essential
n
A genuine passion for caring for older people
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
Reliable attendance and flexibility across shifts
n
Understanding of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
n
A positive, team-focused attitude
n
